A Day of Learning and Growth

The day started with a staff meeting, bringing the team together. It was a great opportunity for us to connect face-to-face, share ideas, and catch up on the latest developments within the business. We had an in-depth business update, where we discussed our ongoing efforts to enhance the learning experience for our students, our achievements over the last few months, and the exciting plans for the future.

In addition to the business discussions, we also took part in CPD (Continuing Professional Development) learning. Our team is passionate about continuous growth, and this was a chance to sharpen our skills and knowledge, keeping us at the forefront of industry best practices. This professional development not only helps us as individuals but also ensures that we can continue providing the best support for our students.

Giving Back at Exeter Quay

After a productive meeting, we switched gears and headed to Exeter Quay for an activity of giving back to the community. Armed with litter-picking equipment, we spent time tidying up the area, doing our part to keep this beautiful spot clean and welcoming for all.

Exeter Quay holds a special place in our hearts—it’s a hub for both locals and visitors, and we were proud to contribute to its upkeep. The experience was rewarding, not just in terms of environmental impact, but also as a team-building activity bringing people together who work in different parts of the business.
